12-Month Minimum Commitment EFT

Joining Fee of $25 may apply. Automatic deduction from checking, savings or credit card. $50 early cancellation fee will apply if EFT is cancelled prior to month 12.

6-Month Minimum Commitment EFT

$40.00

Joining Fee of $50 may apply. Automatic deduction from checking, savings or credit card. $50 early cancellation fee will apply if EFT is cancelled prior to month 6.

2-Month Minimum Commitment EFT

$45.00

Joining Fee of $75 may apply. Automatic deduction from checking, savings or credit card. $50 early cancellation fee will apply if EFT is cancelled prior to month 2.

Day Pass

$10.00

Unlimited classes the day of ticket purchase.

Crossover

If you are a current Jazzercise student at another location and would like to attend class at Gretna Jazzercise, simply bring in your class pass (receipt) and the walk-in fee will be waived. Limit of 4 crossover passes per month, per student.

Gretna Jazzercise does not accept credit cards/debit for the inital payment, check or cash only.

If you are a current Jazzercise student from a different location and would like to transfer your EFT ticket to our location, bring in a current class pass (receipt) when you sign up and we will waive the joining fee. We look forward to having you workout where it is close and convenient to home & family!

If you are currently on our EFT ticket and wish to cancel, stop by the center and fill out a cancellation form or mail a letter by the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish cancel. We cannot accept EFT cancellations via phone, fax, or email.
